American Honda Motor Co., Inc. needed a password-protected web site so Honda motorcycle and ATV dealers could access and download service manuals, recall information, and company newsletters. I created an Extranet web site with password protection so Honda dealers could log in to the site using their dealer number and password and gain access to all company information. Documents and manuals for all Honda Motorcycles and ATVs may be viewed on screen or downloaded as PDF files to the dealer's computer. The easy navigation and search capabilities were critical in usefulness of the web site. The site proved to be a success.
