AT&T Broadband/ Media One

AT&T Broadband/MediaOne wanted a more productive method for communicating critical information to customer service personnel. The client mandated that the new method must be as easy to update as the current monthly printed newsletter. I designed an Intranet web site for AT&T Broadband/MediaOne's customer service personnel. The web site enables customer service personnel to easily retrieve information while talking with customers on the telephone. A user-friendly navigation system featuring text and graphical prompts, makes information easy to locate, truly supporting the clients' need for "information on demand."
