I researched and designed new products that contributed to a seamless customer care experience at T-Mobile. I was responsible for delivering high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups and rapid prototypes as well as contributing new patterns to the design system. I worked with research to conduct user experience interviews and usability testing. I translate customer care experts’ ideas into functional specifications for the design & development teams.
