I research and design new products that contribute to a seamless customer care experience at T-Mobile. My responsibility is to deliver high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups and rapid prototypes as well as contribute new patterns to the design system. I work with research to conduct user experience interviews and usability testing. I translate customer care experts’ ideas into functional specifications for the design & development teams. Below is a series of projects that show “before & after” examples of my design work as well as insight into my process of redesigning these microapps.
